Processing Time

Customs and Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs or import taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.

Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our marble products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 7 days in their original condition. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations
Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us promptly.

Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged. Any loss in value due to the item not being returned in its original condition will be deducted from the refund.
